Your order / Gift orders
Will my order be gift wrapped?
All orders placed online (with the exception of fragrance, equestrian soap and some books for example) will be presented in our signature orange box tied with our brown Bolduc ribbon. If you would like to know if your item will come with an orange box, please contact one of our Internet Shopping Specialists who will be delighted to assist you. If this item doesn't come with an orange box and is ordered with a gift card message, it may arrive gift wrapped in our signature orange wrapping paper, tied with Bolduc.
Can I use a gift card or store credit for an online purchase?
At this time, we cannot accept gift cards or store credits for purchases made on Hermes.com.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
While completing your order, you will have the option to write a peronalized gift message that will be printed on an Hermès card, or request a plain card.
Will my gift order include gift invoice?
An order can be considered a "gift" if the billing name and shipping name are different. In this specific case, gift invoice will automatically be included in the package that is sent to the gift recipient.
To request an invoice where the price is not shown, even if your invoicing information is identical to your delivery information, please contact Customer Service at , option 1.
If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?
As long as the item is in new, unused condition, in orange box, it is possible for the recipient to exchange their item for a product of equivalent or superior value through our website (the difference in price must be paid by you or the gift recipient). The item may also be exchanged in one of our boutiques for another item or for store credit. The gift recipient should contact one of our Internet Shopping Specialists atfrom Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m, Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Time.
